Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the therapeutic use of essential oils to relieve nervous tension, enhance well-being, and promote health and vitality. An aromatherapy body massage is effective in relieving stress, muscular pain and tension.

Aromatherapy

When essential oils are applied externally, they are absorbed by the skin and then carried immediately throughout the body. The aromas are also inhaled and have an effect on the limbic system in the brain. This system deals with emotions such as pain, anger, pleasure and memory. The combined effect of the essential oils, along with a therapeutic massage, provides an effective method of healing, improving the blood circulation, relaxing tense or tired muscles and promoting an overall sense of well-being.
