Mark Gardner

I was aware of my ability to use energy from a young age, and started energetic healing under the supervision of my grandmother who was a healer. Life took over and healing took a back seat until I was looking for peace of mind at a later age.

I began with Reiki, a Japanese form of hands-on energy healing. Following my interest in eastern energetic therapies I then studied a form of Accupressure called Jin Shin Jyutsu in which I am a fully qualified practitioner in the High Touch Network.

As most problems stem from the mind I developed an interest in energy psychology which brought about my practioner training in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). This gives me the ability to help mental and emotional problems such as phobias, anxiety and addictions as well as physical illnesses.

I offer a professional yet informal approach to help ease the mind and body of its problems and illnesses.
